Henning Software’s Touch Scheduling Board™ software system uses a touch-screen interface that enables users to drag-and-drop scheduled shop order operations, represented as cards, within and between work centers.

This planning and scheduling tool is designed to be deployed on your large touchscreen monitors on the shop floor and is fully integrated into Henning Software’s Visual EstiTrack™ ERP system.

The Touch Scheduling Board software emulates and is designed to replace the magnetic scheduling boards often found in shops. A touch-based, digital scheduling board provides an intuitive user interface and familiar magnetic board metaphor, reducing the user’s learning curve. This approach makes it easier for shop floor personnel to prioritize operations, view and set statuses, and move operations from one work center to another.

An Interactive Approach

The latest release of Henning Software’s Touch Scheduling Board Software has new features that allow users to flag parts that require Aerospace, Heat, and/or ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) control to help ensure proper shop floor compliance handling.

The scheduling software uses an intuitive drag-and-drop touchscreen interface. It allows users to schedule shop order operations, represented as cards, within and between work centers, represented as swim columns. The Touch Scheduling Board is designed to emulate and replace the magnetic scheduling boards often found in shops.

This planning/scheduling tool is designed to be deployed on large touch-screen monitors on the shop floor and is fully integrated into Visual EstiTrack ERP to make it easier for shop floor personnel to prioritize operations, view/set statuses, move operations from one work center to another and allow employees to clock in and out of shop order operations from the Scheduling Board.

Please note: Henning Software’s Touch Scheduling Board Software does not include a physical touch-screen monitor.
